I’m a Certified Labor & Postpartum Doula (CAPPA), Breastfeeding Coach & Lactation Educator, and Childbirth Educator. I offer pregnancy and birth support, childbirth education, infant care instruction, breastfeeding support and education, postpartum care, and evidence-based resources to have you ready for anything that may come your way when having a baby.

Before becoming a Doula, I worked in many family-based fields. Starting in my teens as a babysitter for my neighborhood, my love for uplifting and caring for families has always been a passion of mine. I worked in infant and child care  before transitioning to working in public schools and private schools for children with learning disabilities. After spending over a decade working with elementary-aged children and their families, I was called back to my passion in infant and family care. I decided to become a Doula so I could support families from their very beginning. 

I love being able to provide families with emotional, physical, mental, and informational support in a non-judgmental manner, while creating strong personal bonds that include loyalty, privacy, and trust!
